Time is of the essence and anything to support the buyer by reducing his time taken to make the decsions will in my view assist in the sales .In looking for a TV it woiuld have been helpful for me to have a drill down option on screen size as I knew exactly the screen size required this would have minimsed the number of TV to view - 8 pages - of which the majority i did not require to see.

I recently had my credit card (HSBC) compromised and the fraud service picked up quickly on it. I payed for a renewal of my anti-virus program and then attempted to order a camcorder. After checking prices on Kelkoo I selected Ditital Electronics based on price and delivery which is via City Link who have proved to be reliable in the past. The web site navigation is simple and direct and I was also impressed that I had to reverify my payment details via my bank to complete the purchase of an LG 32" LCD TV.

As I knew the model I was looking for, I wanted to enter this model and find prices/info etc., but found that I had to go through other screens irrelevent to me first. If I had not had the time that I did today, i may have switched to a different website and ordered from somebody else. I.E. Where I could enter the model and find what I was looking for immediately. It may be that you do have this facility, but if you do it is not customer friendly as I did not find it. Hwever ,I placed my order with you and hope delivery is as smooth as entering order details.

Best prices and range of Sony TVs. I had some trouble using the search facility but once I found what I wanted the site was easy to use. Very friendly and accommodating delivery service. I was a little unnerved that I could not track my order and was a little relieved to receive the delivery call after about a week. I will definitely use this site again and will recomend it to others.
