Terms and Conditions of Sale of Products

All goods are covered by 12 months return to base warranty.

All prices are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. The prices quoted on this website are only valid for Internet sales.

We try our best to be very competitive with our prices, human error can occur due to a typographical error or as a result of an error in pricing information given to us by either a manufacturer or supplier. If the price you have ordered the goods at is incorrect you will be informed. We will have the right to cancel your order. We will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account to the value of the full amount deducted.

The content of this site is based on sources that we can consider as reliable, but for which we can't guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality. The shown information (specifications, prices, ...) should be considered as an indication and can be changed at any moment and without any prior notice.

Unfortunately, credit card fraud is on the increase. We take sensible steps to protect you and Digitech Electronics and operate sophisticated methods to validate payments. Sometimes this means we have to ask you for more information to complete the transaction, and we ask for your understanding on this. All goods to be returned are responsibility of the customer at his/her expense.

Please keep the receipt, no duplicate can be issued. All goods will not be accepted without proof of purchase.

The receipt must be produced when service is required under warranty. We suggest you keep your original packaging in case you have any reason to return your purchase. The reason for this is couriers will not pick up items unless they are packed adequately in the original packaging. When returning goods to the manufacturers they also insist on products being returned with all the original packaging otherwise they may reject the product.

Items sold under manufactures warranty

Goods supplied above remain the property of Digitech Electronics Limited until paid in full.

All goods mishandled cannot be exchanged or credited, if any accessories (including inner packaging) are missing cannot be exchanged or credited.

In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered damaged or unsatisfactory condition you must make a note on the couriers delivery consignment note. It will be your responsibility to inform us of any damages straight away of receipt of goods, as we need to inform the couriers used. Couriers will not accept claims made after 24hrs. If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order they will be returned to you and an administration fee will be charged along with the cost of carriage to your credit card account.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items to us and also responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to you.

We will not accept cancellation of any orders where the item(s) purchased are not normally held in stock but have been specifically ordered at the request of the customer.

Any goods returned (after 7 days of invoice date) that were purchased in error and have not been opened will be subject to handling and re-stocking charges 20% of the original goods value.

Any goods returned under warranty and tested not faulty will be subject to a handling charge plus the cost of returning back to you.

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, an order can be cancelled in writing within 7 working days of delivery if boxed with all original packaging, unused and in perfect condition, whereby a refund will be provided less the costs of carriage. The goods have to be sent back at your own cost.

We have the right to refuse the supply of any goods will be at the Company's discretion.

Payment

You can pay by any, Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo or Visa Delta debit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.

We will require cardholders full details including name, address and telephone number as registered with the bank. If incorrect information is given this will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been recieved.

We DO NOT except foreign cards. If we receive any orders the transaction amount will be refunded within 10 working days with an admin charge, we will not be responsible for any loss.

V12 Finance

We offer Finance to all our customers who place an order above £350.00.

The Buy Now Pay Later option is the ideal way to buy your purchases from Digitech Electronics. With the exception of a 10% deposit, you can purchase and enjoy the benefits of any eligible product or combination of products from our portfolio NOW. A Finance Arrangement Fee from £27 will be charged.

How does it work? Provided you settle the full balance (after 10% deposit) before the end of the 9th month (BNPL) period has expired, then no interest charges will be incurred. However, if you choose not to settle within the 9th month (BNPL) period, then you will incur charges for credit.

 

Delivery

PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY DELIVER TO CARD HOLDERS ADDRESS ONLY.

We offer a free of charge delivery service to all UK mainland destinations excluding some area of UK. (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm).

We reserve the right not to deliver certain items to certain areas due to their size and delicate nature.

Please note that due to high number of orders we recieve on daily basis we try to deliver most of them within 3-5 working days but please allow upto 10 working days.

However we can offer you EXPRESS DELIVERY (24/48HRS) or SATURDAY on request at an EXTRA COST.

Please note on certain deliveries we may ask for a manual verification swipe of your credit card for security reasons.

Our Courier company are not insured to enter your house/premises and will therefore require your help in handling any order in excess of 20kgs.  Our couriers will only deliver to ground floor.
However, if there is no one at the delivery address to receive the goods on the specified delivery date there will be an additional charge to cover re-delivery. We can arrange to deliver your goods outside these timing which will be charged for. more information on this please contact us.
The customer who has ordered the goods must sign for all goods on delivery.

We aim to deliver promptly. However, there may be reasons for Digitech Electronics inability to ship according to its target dates (most of which are beyond our control). Accordingly, any dates given by us for the delivery of Products or rendering of Services are estimates only,

 

Damaged / Incomplete Orders

When placing an order on a web site that requires your credit card details you must make sure of the following:

Our site has all these elements once you go through to the Checkout section, security is not required for selecting products and would slow down site performance.

What information do we collect?

We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site use which enables us to improve the service we provide.

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We will make every effort to perform our obligations under these Terms. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier/transport issues, governmental or regulatory action and natural disasters. In the event of a delay, we will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
